Bunnamagoo Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2008
The 2008 Bunnamagoo Pinot Noir Chardonnay is produced from fruit grown in the Central Ranges of NSW using traditional Methode Champenoise techniques. The wine spent 32 months on lees prior to disgorging and adjustment with dosage liqueur to maintain Bunnamagoo's unique house style and balance. Complex aromas of cumquat, citrus and baked apple linger amid biscuit and nutty yeast-derived characters. The palate displays custard apple and creamy nuances tapering to a bright acid line and fine persistent bead.

Bunnamagoo Riesling 2010
This was an especially pleasing vintage for the Riesling variety. Bunnamagoo’s winemaker, Robert Black, used premium fruit from low-yielding Mudgee vines to produce this classic style. The wine displays fresh melon, lemon and pear aromas with abundant lush peachy fruit on the palate and an underlying tropical opulence. The finish is balanced with refreshing acidity and subtle residual sweetness. The wine will reward careful cellaring for up to 15 years.

Bunnamagoo Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2010
The 2010 Bunnamagoo Sauvignon Blanc Semillon exhibits the characteristic synergy between these two varieties with subtle aromas of passionfruit, citrus and herbs. The wine is satisfying on the palate with brightness and texture. Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, fermented each component separately at cool temperatures to retain the aromatic qualities of the wine and then blended them to create a fine clean style without oak influences.
Bunnamagoo Semillon 2009
The Bunnamagoo Semillon 2009 was made from grapes harvested from the Eurunderee vineyard during one of the best vintages seen in Mudgee for many years. Although dry, it displays tropical characters of pineapple, melon and lime with underlying hints of dusty oak. This is a satisfying and elegantly structured wine which would be a fine accompaniment to any seafood dish.

Bunnamagoo Chardonnay 2009
The 2009 Bunnamagoo Chardonnay exhibits pineapple and tropical aromas. The generous mid-palate comprises mouth filling textural layers from nine months on lees. Aging in a mixture of French and Hungarian oak barrels added hints of spice and vibrancy to the fruit. The wine has a gentle acid balance that opens the palate and continues with a soft lingering finish.

Bunnamagoo Rose 2010
The Bunnamagoo 2010 Rose’ was made with 100% merlot grapes from Bunnamagoo’s Eurunderee vineyard in Mudgee. The colour is bright pink overlaid with crimson hues. Bunnamagoo’s winemaker, Robert Black, produced the wine in a traditional style with soft raspberry and cherry notes and a clean dry finish.

The 2008 Bunnamagoo Shiraz displays a rich bouquet with lifted vanillin oak and dark cherry fruit. Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black , aged the wine for 18 months in a mixture of old and new French and American oak barrels. The palate is full and soft with ripe blackberry and regional earthy and savoury notes finishing with suede-like tannins

Bunnamagoo Merlot 2009
The 2009 Bunnamagoo Merlot was made from grapes harvested from the Eurunderee vineyard which enjoyed one of the best vintages seen in Mudgee for many years. It displays aromas of red and black fruits with floral nuances. The wine is medium bodied with silky flavours of dark cherry and blackberry finishing with soft tannins.

Bunnamagoo Cabernet Shiraz Merlot 2009
This blend was made by Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, exclusively from premium fruit grown at the Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee NSW. The combination of these three varieties has resulted in a wine exhibiting black fruit density and power with dark chocolate characters and a mid- palate freshness but without any heavy tannin weight. The wine is silky in texture with a long and gentle vanillin oak finish. It will benefit from careful cellaring for many years to come.

Bunnamagoo Cabernet Merlot 2009
This blend was made with fruit from the Eurunderee vineyard near MudgeeNSW. Each component was fermented separately then matured for 12 months in a mixture of French and American barriques and hogsheads. Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, blended the wines to bring out their natural nutty and mineral aromas and an intense taste of brambleberry and mulberry without undue astringency. Enjoyable now, this wine will reward careful cellaring for many years.

Bunnamagoo Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
The 2008 Bunnamagoo Cabernet Sauvignon displays an aromatic bouquet of cassis and spice with a soft sweet fruit entry and ripe mid-palate characters of blackberry and blueberry with some leafy hints. Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, aged the wine for 18 months in a mixture of old and new oak casks to provide complex French oak derived roasted nut and chocolate-mint notes with a rounded structure tapering to a long finish with fine tannins.

Bunnamagoo’s winemaker, Robert Black, made this dessert wine from fruit grown at Paspaley’s Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee, NSW. The fruit was lightly crushed and then soaked on skins to maximize flavour extraction. After fermentation the wine was matured with a small addition of new French oak for 6 months to add complexity. The nose shows lifted notes of honey, lemon rind and cumquat. The palate is luscious and mouth-filling with cleansing lime-scented acidity finishing with finely textured French oak.

In commemoration of the year the property was settled, Bunnamagoo has adopted the name "1827” for special releases of its finest wines.
Bunnamagoo 1827 Chardonnay 2007
2007 Vintage: nose of delicate citrus and stone-fruit, hints of wild ferment and spicy nutty oak. Soft and mouth-filling with a gentle array of white peach and citrus. Underlying complexity provided by lees and natural fermentation. An ambrosial chardonnay in the classic Bunnamagoo style.

Bunnamagoo 1827 Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Made from selected premium fruit grown at Bunnamagoo's Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee in the Central Ranges of NSW. The grapes were gently de-stemmed without crushing before being fermented on skins for two weeks in stainless steel potters. Malolactic fermentation took place in a mixture of new and old French oak hogsheads followed by 15 months maturation after which a further 6 months barrel aging occurred in two year old American oak puncheons. The resulting wine has complex fruit compote of cassis, sylvan berry and dark cherry with hints of tobacco and dried flowers. Oak derived vanillin and mocha notes merge with velvet-like tannins to provide a generous finish. This wine will benefit from patient cellaring over the coming 10 - 15 years.
