Museum Release 2007 Estate 1827 Reserve Chardonnay (Case)
Made from hand-picked fruit from the Bunnamagoo high altitude vineyard near Rockley in the Central Ranges of NSW.
The juice was fermented in a mixture of new and older French and Hungarian hogsheads for only 4 months to retain the delicate apple and grapefruit aromas before maturing for 7 months in a small stainless steel vessel to avoid over oaking and build complexity and structure.
