Chardonnay 2023

The 2023 Chardonnay is 100% Mudgee fruit and all barrel fermented with a mix of 35% new oak. Aromas of oak toast and stone fruit are voluminous, complimenting the palate. Stone fruit is carried to the palate with hints of lime acidity giving length. Dominant oak structure and sweetness create mouth feel and depth. A wine to compliment a creamy pasta or be the apple sauce to some crispy skin pork.
