Tempranillo 2022

Fruit freshness is driven by dark cherry, blood plum notes that sit upon ripe and finely textural tannins, with a gentle acid backbone.  Aged for 6-months in a mixture of new and older hogsheads and puncheons, predominantly French, with a small contribution of supple American oak for balance.

This wine is made to be consumed immediately but will benefit from medium term cellar maturation for 3-5 years.
