Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon enjoyed conditions that promoted varietal detail and intensity. The bouquet shows lifted aromas of raspberries, sandalwood and hints of vanilla leading to a generous palate of fresh cherries, cassis and subtle dark chocolate. The fruit is balanced by fine tannins that taper to a soft finish.
