The blending process, so critical in this wine, aims to assemble a wine with the varietal characters complimentary, and in harmony. A rich nose of the dark fruits of blackberry and plum and complexing dried herb notes. A complex bed of velvety tannin supports and a full-bodied and powerful palate of ripe red fruit.
