Autumn Semillon 2025 (375ml)

Colour of light straw yellow in its youth, this wine will develop rich yellowing over time. Strong candied apricot, marmalade and rind characters are powerful while subtle citrus and oak spice add to the complexity with Botrytis undertones. The palate opens with strong lemon and blood orange flavours prominent above the sweetness. Acidity follows, finishing with a clean balanced weight of fruit, acidity and sweetness. Enjoy this wine in its youth, but equally expect excellent aging potential beyond 15 years.
