Blanc de Blancs 2018


Made in the traditional method of single bottle fermentation,
the wine underwent tirage in the spring of 2018 and was matured in cool
stores till disgorging in January of 2024, in excess of 60-months on lees.

Complex brioche, lemon curd, and toasty characters conduce a flavour-rich
yet tight, finely effervescent palate of quenching refined fruits. This is
supported by a lengthy complex of developed, yeast-derived nuttiness.
