Blanc de Blancs 2022

A fine mousse and lifted aromas of green apple, blend with brioche autolysis complexity. Fruits dominate the palate with crisp, dry and elegant textural bead giving length and power. 

Chardonnay fruit for this sparkling was sourced from Tumbarumba NSW which is well known for the highest quality sparkling fruit. A wet growing season promoted growth and while challenging, weather leading into harvest was dry, providing excellent conditions for ripening and natural acid retention in the resulting wines.
