Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Merlot 2024

Varieties were harvested at peak ripeness and fermented separately, each undergoing twice daily, maceration procedures to extract ideal colour, flavour and structure. Once malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines were matured in predominately French oak hogsheads for 12-months. Barrel selection by the winemaking team to balance the 3 varieties.

Intense primary red fruits coupled with generous oak spice and earthy notes. The palate is soft and elegant with balanced tannins, cherries and currants.
