Semillon 2025

Harvested as the first variety of the 2025 vintage, semillon is a fine balance between natural acidity and fruit flavour components. Flavours of lime, lemon curd with vibrant acidity and hints of melon. The warm Mudgee summer allows longer ripening on the vine, leading to increased palate weight and flavour.
