Cuvée 2025

Persistent bubble promotes citrus and perfumed florals with hints of tropical fruits. A soft fruit mid-palate extends to crisp lemon citrus and a clean dry finish. 

The 2025 vintage in Mudgee experienced good rainfall before harvest with warm, dry conditions, ideal for ripening and complex flavour development during the harvest period. Warmer conditions and lower yields favoured late-ripening varieties like Cabernet.
