Fiano 2025

A new addition to the Bunnamagoo Estate Wines portfolio is Fiano which was first planted at our Eurunderee vineyard in 2020. With this being our first production of Fiano, there is an element of experimentation which is shown with the complex aromatics of floral petals with lifted peach and nectarine. The palate is soft and rounded, while finishing with length and texture. Stone fruit is dominant while structural elements provide body and the support of the fruit. Best enjoyed chilled, this food wine pairs well with gnocchi or light pasta dishes.
